ABERDEEN INTERNATIONAL YOUTH FESTIVAL 2008

The Aberdeen International Youth Festival runs for a fortnight at the end of July and the start of August, bringing together a programme of the best young performers and performing companies from all around the world.

There are around 1000 performers taking place in 70 events that span world music, jazz, classical, opera, theatre and dance. The multi-arts event also has plenty of free shows and workshops around the city.
